Guided tours which take at least one hour may be arranged by appointment. All aspects of wine making from the grape to the bottle are explained and during November and December after watching the olives being crushed by the huge millstones, visitors may taste the freshly pressed olive oil.

After the tour visitors are served our celebrated wine and other local products either in Michelozzo fifteen century Commenda di Sant'Eufrosino, now a national monument or in the garden of the villa.
