La Pozza:
This lovely house is close to the village and has a pretty garden with trees, vines and masses of geraniums.
The swimming pool is in a beautiful position with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.
There is a covered patio just outside the house and another shady pergola for dining or relaxing outdoors.
The interiors have been very tastefully restored and although traditional materials were used, modern comforts were not overlooked. The kitchen and bathrooms are particularly well equipped.
A tennis court, 200 yards away, is available on request.
