Wine making:
 The various types of grapes which go into this wine were picked in boxes containing 33 to 44 lb. each and, in order to preserve their specific characteric, they were fermented separately. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon were left on their skins for about 12 hours. All the grapes were lightly pressed and put into individual stainless steel vats to ferment at a controlled temperature of between 60 and 65°F. Once the malolactic fermentation had started, the wines were blended so that this wine could take on its particular character.

nose: delicately flowery with scents of yellow fruit
taste: harmonious, fresh and exciting with the same delicate hint of flowers
